This Privacy Policy describes how Supr Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of:

  • Our website, remoteiqrmm.com (the “Website”).
  • Our paid, cloud-hosted RemoteIQ RMM service (the “Cloud Service”).
  • Our free, self-hosted, open-source RemoteIQ RMM software (the “Self-Hosted Software”).

Please read this policy carefully. By visiting our Website or using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

This policy is divided into sections based on how you interact with us.

1) RemoteIQ RMM Cloud Service (Paid Hosting)

This section applies to customers who subscribe to our Cloud Service. You (the “Customer”) are the Data Controller for the data you collect from your managed devices. Supr Solutions LLC is the Data Processor, acting on your behalf to provide the service.

A. Data We Collect and Store for You

When you use the Cloud Service we necessarily collect, process, and store data gathered from your managed endpoints, including (not limited to):

  • Device telemetry (CPU, RAM, disk, network)
  • Software inventory (apps & versions)
  • System information (OS, hardware, serials)
  • Event logs
  • Logged-in user info

B. How We Use Your Cloud Service Data

  • We use this data solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service for you.
  • We will never sell or share your RMM data except to provide the service, comply with law, or as you direct for support.

2) Self-Hosted Software (Free, Open-Source)

This section applies to users of our free, AGPL-3.0 licensed Self-Hosted Software. The software runs on your infrastructure; you are the Data Controller.

We do not have access to, collect, or process any data from your self-hosted instance. You are responsible for privacy/security compliance (e.g., GDPR/CCPA) for any data you collect.

3) The Website (remoteiqrmm.com)

A. Information You Provide

  • Account Registration: First Name, Last Name, Email, Password, Company Name.
  • User Profile & Billing (optional): Billing Address, Phone Number.
  • Contact Form: Name, Email, Subject, Message.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Google Analytics: IP, browser, OS, referrer, pages. Used in aggregate to improve the site.
  • Cookies: Analytics + session management when logged in.
  • Changelog: Fetches public GitHub commit data; no personal data sent to GitHub.

4) General Policy (All Services)

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide/maintain/bill for the Cloud Service
  • Manage accounts, licensing, payments
  • Respond to support inquiries
  • Improve Website performance & analyze usage
  • Protect security & prevent fraud
  • Send important account/service emails

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or trade personal information. We may share:

  • Service Providers: e.g., payment processing, hosting—only what’s necessary for their function.
  • Legal: When required by law or valid public authority request.

Your Data Rights

For Website account data, and where applicable by law, you may have rights to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate/incomplete data
  • Delete your personal data (subject to legal limits)

Contact support@remoteiqrmm.com to exercise rights. These rights apply to Website data, not Cloud-Service endpoint data (for which you are the Controller).

Data Retention

Website account data is retained while your account is active and deleted within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 90 days) after closure unless law requires longer retention. Cloud Service data is retained while your subscription is active and deleted after termination per our Terms.

International Transfers

We are in the United States. By using the Website or Cloud Service you consent to processing in the U.S.

Third-Party Links

We link to third-party sites (e.g., GitHub, Discord). Review their privacy policies when visiting.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative/technical/physical safeguards. No method is 100% secure.

Children’s Privacy

Not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy and will post updates here with a new “Last Updated” date.
